Umbro Classic Soccer Jerseys: check out our 1960s specials by Aaron› 8 Aug 2012

With a history in football going back to 1924, Umbro have an extensive archive of soccer jerseys designed for teams from around the world - some good, some great, and some pretty terrible! Now, we're sharing some of our classic soccer jerseys through our Facebook timeline, which allows us to show what was going on in the Umbro world around the time that these shirts came out.

We're starting this week with the 1960s, when a massive amount of teams around the world wore Umbro kits. We've put some of our 1960s jerseyts into our Facebook timeline, such as the beautiful Aston Villa jersey pictured at the top of the page. We know that occasionally we don't know everything about our shirts, and that you guys out there know more than anyone about soccer jersey history, so we want you to help us by pointing out any mistakes or corrections to the dates and information we've put with our pictures.
