As they made their way to the Europa League final last season, Athletic Club Bilbao became many neutral fan's favourite teams thanks to their swashbuckling football - and their stylish kits, tailored by Umbro. Now, as they look to make their mark in La Liga and in the Europa League once again, we can reveal the 2012/13 football kits for Athletic Club Bilbao.

The club's new home kit, in their traditional red and white stripes, is believed to have been inspired by English dock workers arriving in Bilbao with Sunderland and Southampton shirts. The latest version, crafted by Umbro, features a smart v-neck collar with a contrast black rib neck stand and black cuffs, plus the club's iconic crest embroidered on the chest.

For their 2012/13 away shirt, the club have a smart black look which has been a part of the team's colours since 1913, with touches of chili pepper red inspired by the vibrant produce of the Basque region which the club stands as a symbol of. With a classic v-neck collar, the shirt also features the Bilbao crest and the Umbro logo embroidered on the chest.

As they look forward to another season in Spain's top flight, and the new San Mamés Barria stadium being built as we speak, we're sure that Bilbao and their shirts will be attracting more and more fans from around the world.
