Palace x Umbro: the collection by Aaron› 3 Apr 2012
Plenty of people have been talking about our collaboration with Palace since the details were revealed last week, and we thought you might enjoy a look at the complete range which is now on sale in selected skate stores across the UK. Putting their own spin on some iconic Umbro products, Palace have created a cracking collection that we're sure is going to look great at festivals, skate parks and football grounds this summer.
First of all, there's the Palace white and blue football shirts. Putting a Palace spin on the classic 1990 England home and third shirt brings these iconic pieces bang up to date, and introduces them to a whole new generation of people.
Following up, there's the trill top, Palace's special adaptation of an Umbro drill. With a button-down collar adding a smart edge and a tonal Umbro double diamond on the chest, the trill top comes in three different colourways - oatmeal white, red, white and blue and a red, white and blue stripe. All three are completed by a smart removable Palace pin badge, my favourite part of the whole collection!
The final piece in the Palace x Umbro collection gives people the choice of how they want to look, thanks to a reversible colourway. The wool jacket is inspired by the classic Umbro Anthem jacket, with one side a smart dark blue and the other a textured white colour. Whichever way round you choose to wear it, the jacket looks great.
All the items in the Palace collection are only available in limited quantities from Present, Hanon, Hideout, Slam City Skates and other selected skate stores here in the UK. To see more pictures of the collection, head over to our Flickr page now.
