USL PRO Play Heads Into The Home Stretch by Umbro USA› 9 Aug 2012

The heat is on in the race for a USL PRO Playoff berth as the penultimate weekend of regular season action kicks off tonight. A mere eight points separates six teams battling for four playoff spots. With three teams battling it out in our tailored Teamwear, it's bound to be a special few days for us here at Umbro USA.

Two Umbro-sponsored teams' crunch games are sure to draw plenty of attention:

- On Friday, the Pittsburgh Riverhounds will play Charlotte Eagles at home. Kick off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET.

- Rochester Rhinos have a chance to join Orlando City in earning a bye into the semifinals when they host the Charleston Battery at 7:05 p.m. ET at Sahlen’s Stadium, Saturday August 11. Victory will take the Rhinos out of reach in second place, but the Battery will provide stiff opposition as they try to snap out of a slump that has seen them get dragged back into the battle for the playoffs.
