Our AW25 Cult Unity collection created in partnership with Slam Jam is a celebration of Italian tailoring traditions and the enduring codes of British sportswear. Classic motifs such as check patterns, luxurious textured fabrics and the refined structure of traditional tailoring are reinterpreted, drawing from the rich legacy of British style.
A legacy of style across the past, present, and future. HIDDEN and Umbro have partnered on an 18-piece capsule collection of classic sportswear pieces filtered through the unique HIDDEN lens.
They say there’s no place like home. That’s why we ran it back to the Northern Quarter again, the place where football, music, and fashion collide. This time, we focused on the NQ’s most iconic music venues. The music scene here continues to galvanise the community through its spirit of innovation and evolution. Shot inside Soup, a venue as raw and real as the Northern Quarter itself, the campaign brings together three rising voices from the scene — James, Ellie, and Time Flies — to front a collection that speaks to the power of community and creativity.
Fourteen years since their last partnership, Umbro and Aitor Throup regroup in 2026 with a cutting-edge collaboration. Following his announced return to fashion, this third Aitor Throup collaboration with Umbro seeks to challenge and disrupt conventional football training apparel through forward-thinking product innovation. Scheduled for an April 2026 launch, the collection is set to rewrite the design rulebook not only in football, but the world of performance apparel as a category.
GOOD THINGS SHOULDN’T TAKE TIME
April 1996, the lead singer of one of the world’s biggest bands stepped out at Maine Road wearing the Umbro Drill Top. A flash of the Double Diamond under stage lights, and an era-defining look was born blending music and football culture in a way that shaped a generation. Now, nearly thirty years later, the 2025 reissue stays true to the original’s spirit. The stitch for stich recreation is made from 100% cotton drill, the updated version features a garment-washed finish, a boxy relaxed fit, ribbed collar and cuffs, contrast inserts at the V-neck and forearms, and cut-and-sew seams with twin-needle stitching. The full Drill Collection includes matching Pants, Shorts, a T-Shirt and a Bucket Hat each styled in colours pulled directly from the archives.
ITALIAN ELEGANZA MEETS BRITISH TAILORING For Spring/Summer 2025 LC23 and Umbro reunite for a second round, building on the 2022 partnership that celebrated the 20th anniversary of Umbro’s iconic Speciali with the release of a light-hearted crochet interpretation.
Umbro’s 17-3 jerseys are a celebration of Irish heritage, football passion, and cultural pride. One colourway embodies the unmistakable green, white, and orange of the Irish flag, while the other is held in the original blue of St. Patrick’s cloak. This is Football Culture the Umbro way.
Umbro and the Northern Quarter go way back… The Northern Quarter is where the idea of Umbro started. Here is where our founder, Harold Humphrys learnt everything about the textile industry and where he was inspired to found his own company, his own brand. This is where we began, and this is where we continue to evolve today.
For Spring/Summer 2025, Slam Jam and Umbro are releasing a new ‘Hard Times’ collection inspired by stadium security, seamlessly blending sports with formalwear in the typical Slam Jam style.
