New Order X Umbro
As part of our latest Madchester collection, we’ve also teamed up with British music pioneers, New Order to pay tribute to an iconic 90s anthem.
Regarded as one of the defining acts of the 1990s, New Order released a string of hits throughout the decade including ‘World In Motion' which was released for the 1990 World Cup. The anthem took stadiums and music venues by storm and provided all the inspiration needed for this latest drop.
The standout piece is the Away jersey. Styled in ice blue, it features a button up collar, jacquard patterning and a ‘World In Motion Globe’ graphic across the chest. The graphic originally featured as the artwork for the track and was designed by fellow Mancunian, Peter Saville. The look is finished with diamond taping on the sleeves and the band's logo on the back.
In addition, a White Home jersey and navy bucket hat with reversible lining have also been included. The Umbro X New Order collection is available now via umbro.co.uk.
